Today's webinar focussed on strengths-based measurement and reporting - why it matters and how it could be applied within individual organisations or contexts.
Our Executive Director Clare Ward chaired the panel discussion, which included:
- Andrew Webber and Louise Pirini from the Social Wellbeing Agency, who discussed why strengths-based measurement and reporting matters and how can we do it more effectively
- Dr Hinemoa Elder, who shared real world experiences of strengths-based health measurement. She spoke about the process and content of developing the measures in her PhD and Post Doc and their subsequent use – and also covered other salient learning points.
